Laiside Valve Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998, once known as (Yongjia county Hongqiu Valve Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Hongqiu Valve Co., Ltd., Wenzhou Laiside Gas equipment Co., Ltd.). Located  in the industrial zone，known as the countryside of Chinese pump valve in Heyi Village in Oubei Town, YongJia County, ZheJiang Province, the company has three-floor factory workshops,  covering an area of 5500 square meters, with the production workshop of an area of 12000 square meters. Its registered capital is 51 million yuan, and the fixed assets is 55 million yuan. The professional production equipment is more than 100 sets.
