DR Magnetic Driven Heat Transfer Oil Pump
DR型系列泵，專用于高溫?zé)嵊图訜釄?chǎng)合或類似的熱媒環(huán)境，選用具有較高的磁能積和極低的溫度系數(shù)，溫度穩(wěn)定性和化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性高的磁性材料，可輸送溫度至400℃的熱傳送流體，是一種理想的高溫?zé)嵊脱h(huán)泵。該產(chǎn)品也可用于輸送低溫流體，應(yīng)用于恒低溫場(chǎng)合。
DR series pumps are specially designed for applications with high temperature hot oil heating or similar thermal media environment; they are made with magnetic materials with high magnetic energy product and extremely low temperature coefficient, and high temperature and chemical stability, to transfer heat transfer fluid with temperature up to 400℃, hence an ideal high temperature heat transfer oil circulating pump.
The product can also be used to transfer low temperature fluid, in applications of constant low temperature and conveying fluid likely to crystallize.
1.單級(jí)單吸離心式結(jié)構(gòu)。
2.安裝支撐面在泵軸心線的水平面上。
3.的內(nèi)部循環(huán)和冷卻散熱系統(tǒng)，保證了內(nèi)置滑動(dòng)軸承和磁傳動(dòng)部件的使用壽命。
4.根據(jù)熱媒體溫度，必要時(shí)對(duì)內(nèi)部循環(huán)液和泵支架等進(jìn)行冷卻，冷卻液量每只管路0.3～0.7m3/h，壓力0.2～0.3MPa。
5.當(dāng)采用外部循環(huán)液時(shí)，壓力應(yīng)高于泵腔內(nèi)的壓力0.07～0.1MPa，如果輸送易汽化介質(zhì)時(shí)，應(yīng)高于汽化壓力0.175～0.2MPa。

4.The internal circulating liquid and pump supports are cooled when necessary according to the temperature of hot media, with cooling liquid flow of 0.3~0.7m3/h per pipe, at a pressure of 0.2~0.3MPa.
5.When external circulating liquid is used, the pressure should be 0.07~0.1MPa higher than that within the pump cavity, or 0.175~0.2MPa higher than the vaporizing pressure if media likely to vaporize is conveyed.
