-采用PLC可編程序控制，可實現(xiàn)遠距離監(jiān)控、觸摸屏操作人機對話，操作維護方便。
-動作元件采用電-氣-液壓自動控制。
-多重安全保護:轉(zhuǎn)速檢測、過振動保護、開蓋保護、電機過載過熱保護、刮刀旋轉(zhuǎn)機械 /電氣雙重控制。
-焊接式整體機架，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，機器承載強度高。
-全密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠等。
-獨立式液壓站，可隔離安裝、方便檢修。
-采用變頻控制，轉(zhuǎn)鼓速度無級可調(diào)。
-可按要求設定進料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料等工藝速度。
-浮動平臺底座，橡膠減振基礎。亦可選用液態(tài)阻尼減振器，減振效果*，機器運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，減小機器振動對設備和環(huán)境的危害。
-一種出料方式選擇:斜槽開放式出料結(jié)構(gòu)簡單:螺旋輸送器與刮刀集成卸料，濾餅收集率高，有效防止堵料。
-虹吸式離心機具備虹吸推動力，過濾速度更快。
-可配置反沖洗裝置，對過濾介質(zhì)進行洗滌，實現(xiàn)濾布再生。
-還可配置撇液裝置。適用含蛋白等膠體物質(zhì)的物料分離。
